Stockward

Privacy Policy

Stockward is an inventory forecasting app for Shopify, published by Coreyard. This policy describes what data the app touches and what happens to it. Last updated July 21, 2026.

What we access

When a merchant installs Stockward, the app reads the following through the Shopify Admin API, with the merchant's authorization: products and variants (titles, SKUs, inventory levels, unit costs) and orders (line items, quantities, processing dates).

What we store

We store product and variant details, plus daily sales totals per variant (how many units of a SKU sold on a given day). We do not store customer names, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or order-level records. Sales history is kept as a rolling 12-month window; older data is dropped at each sync.

What we use it for

One thing: computing demand forecasts and reorder suggestions for the merchant's own store. We do not sell data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or train models on it.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a European data center, encrypted in transit (TLS) and covered by encrypted backups. Access is limited to the app itself.

Deletion

Uninstalling the app revokes its access immediately. Shopify then sends us a deletion request, and all stored data for the store is permanently removed within 48 hours. Merchants can also email us for immediate deletion.
