Stockward
Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Stockward app for Shopify, published by Coreyard. By installing the app you agree to them. Last updated July 21, 2026.
The service
Stockward reads your store's sales history and inventory levels to produce demand forecasts, reorder suggestions, and purchase orders. Forecasts are statistical estimates built from your own data. They are decision support, not guarantees — always sanity-check quantities before committing money with a supplier. Coreyard is not liable for purchasing decisions made from the app's suggestions.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. A free plan exists with no payment details required; paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from the app's settings page (or by uninstalling the app); billing stops at the end of the current cycle per Shopify's billing rules.
Your data
Data handling is described in the privacy policy. You keep ownership of your store's data; we only process it to provide the service.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and monitored around the clock, but it is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may update features over time.
Termination
You can stop using the service anytime by uninstalling. We may suspend service in cases of abuse or non-payment through Shopify billing.
